You don't have to stay stuck in toxic cycles, weighed down by past wounds, or disconnected from who you truly are. Your story isn’t over—this is just the beginning
of something new.
Why Story Work Might Be What You’ve Been
Searching For
✨
Healing
– Let go of the emotional weight you’ve carried for far too long. Story work helps you gently uncover and release past wounds so you can reclaim peace from within.
✨
Freedom
– Identify and break free from the toxic patterns and relationships that keep you stuck. Your past doesn’t have to dictate your future.
✨
Transformation
– Gain clarity, build confidence, and begin living with purpose. Story work invites you to step into the life you were always meant to live—fully seen, fully known, and fully free.
Your story isn’t over.
It’s time to write a new one.
What Can I Gain From Story Work?
Hope
Story work helps clients see that healing is possible. By exploring past pain with compassion, they begin to believe in the hope of change and imagine a new story for their future.
Empower
Clients gain clarity about unhealthy patterns rooted in past relationships. This awareness empowers them to make different, life-giving choices in the present.
Restore
When clients recognize how past wounds shape present struggles they begin to reclaim their voice and sense of self, allowing them to live from a place of wholeness and restoration.
Gain Clarity
Calm Your Nervous System
"Robrenna was a very soothing presence. She had great insight on how to calm down my frazzled nervous system and help bring me back to a more calm state. I love the encouragement that came when we incorporated the Lord and His word into our sessions. I'm thankful He crossed our paths. I would highly recommend Robrenna."

About Your Coach
I'm Robrenna Parker—founder of Reclaiming HER Resilience.
My training in Levels I–III of Narrative Focused Trauma Care® at the Allender Center, equipped me to help others uncover the truth in their stories and step into healing with courage and care. I help women navigating trauma, toxic relationships, and life transitions reclaim their voice, heal attachment wounds, and step into the clarity and freedom they were created for.
You were never meant to live stuck in the stories of harm, silence, or survival. I’ve learned how God meets us in our stories to bring healing and restoration. This is a space where healing and identity restoration intertwine. Through coaching, connection, and soul-centered practices, you’re invited into a journey of hope, empowerment, and renewal.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, small group story coaching, and I host a podcast, Reclaiming HER Resilience, where I share parts of my story along with insights on healing, resilience, and personal transformation.

Narrative Focused Trauma Care®.
From the structure of military life and the joys and challenges of motherhood to the pain of divorce and the instability of homelessness, my path has been complex. Today, as I pursue a Master’s in African Theology, I know these experiences have shaped me—
but they do not define me.
The wilderness of narcissistic abuse, relational, and spiritual harm has become sacred ground. Now, I walk with women as they reclaim their own stories, led
by grace, truth, and the hope of restoration. I create sacred, restorative spaces—especially for women from marginalized communities carrying generational
and relational trauma—to heal, find their voice,
and rediscover the God-given identity within them.
We'll engage your story with compassion, curiosity,
and care—together
HER = Hope. Empower. Restore.
