You don't have to stay stuck in toxic cycles, weighed down by past wounds, or disconnected from who you truly are. Your story isn’t over—this is just the beginning
of something new.
Why Story Work Might Be What You’ve Been
Searching For
✨
Healing
– Let go of the emotional weight you’ve carried for far too long. Story work helps you gently uncover and release past wounds so you can reclaim peace from within.
✨
Freedom
– Identify and break free from the toxic patterns and relationships that keep you stuck. Your past doesn’t have to dictate your future.
✨
Transformation
– Gain clarity, build confidence, and begin living with purpose. Story work invites you to step into the life you were always meant to live—fully seen, fully known, and fully free.
Your story isn’t over.
It’s time to write a new one.
What Can I Gain From Story Work?
Hope
Story work helps clients see that healing is possible. By exploring past pain with compassion, they begin to believe in the hope of change and imagine a new story for their future.
Empower
Clients gain clarity about unhealthy patterns rooted in past relationships. This awareness empowers them to make different, life-giving choices in the present.
Restore
When clients recognize how past wounds shape present struggles they begin to reclaim their voice and sense of self, allowing them to live from a place of wholeness and restoration.
Gain Clarity
Calm Your Nervous System
"Robrenna was a very soothing presence. She had great insight on how to calm down my frazzled nervous system and help bring me back to a more calm state. I love the encouragement that came when we incorporated the Lord and His word into our sessions. I'm thankful He crossed our paths. I would highly recommend Robrenna."

Reclaiming HER Resilience
My path—from serving in the military and raising children to walking through divorce, experiencing homelessness, and now pursuing a Master’s in African Theology—has shaped me deeply, but it does not define who I am.
As a survivor of narcissistic abuse and spiritual harm,
I offer hard-won wisdom and certified training to walk with women on their healing path.
I create restorative spaces for women—especially those from marginalized communities carrying generational trauma—to heal relational wounds, reclaim their voice, and rediscover their
God-given identity.
Let’s rewrite your story—together
