Your journey to this point took a great deal of courage, more than you may recognize. You followed a whisper, an ache, or a quiet feeling deep within, and it guided you here.

What if the story in your body became a trusted guide, clear, steady, and wise, rather than something you had to push through or ignore?

You may have spent so long navigating the needs of the world that you've lost the rhythm of your own heart.

Perhaps you know your story, the events, the timelines, the survival. But knowing the story and feeling at home in yourself are two very different things.

You might be wondering whether there is a version of you that isn't defined by what you've endured and whether your body will ever feel like a safe place to dwell.

Rest is actually possible.

If staying close to someone, or staying part of something, has ever cost you yourself, you're not the only one who's noticed. If you've had to betray yourself to keep a relationship, a room, or a story intact, this is where that stops being the price.

Reclaiming HER Resilience is a space to stop paying, and start trusting what your own story has been trying to tell you.

I partner with you to gently return to the parts of your story that were shamed, silenced, or left to fend for themselves, and to meet them with the care they were owed and never given. Through Narrative Focused Trauma Care© and somatic practice, we don't just process what happened; we restore trust in your body, your voice, your agency, and your right to author what comes next.

I'm not here as an expert standing over your healing. I'm a fellow sojourner, someone who has walked out of the same kind of room, and I stand as witness to your story.

The journey home to yourself is already beneath your feet.

 Shall we walk it together?

Meet Robrenna

Robrenna, founder of Reclaiming HER Resilience, a Black woman trauma-informed story work coach, smiling warmly

I understand the weight of living a life dedicated to serving everyone but yourself. My journey to this work stems from enduring relational and spiritual wounds that conditioned me to shrink and be quiet to survive. Excavating the stories of my life led to the dismantling of survival-based structures and the rebuilding of a life rooted in truth, agency, and care. I know what it is to lose a sense of home, literally and figuratively, to carry burdens that were never meant to be mine, and to live inside systems that silence rather than sustain. I know what it costs to betray yourself just to keep a room, a relationship, or a system intact.

I no longer live inside the wound. I live inside the wisdom it revealed.

Now, I help other women explore the stories of their lives, to dismantle the patterns that kept them small, and rebuild a life that belongs to them again. My practice holds two threads together: Narrative Focused Trauma Care© grounded in The Allender Center Methodology, and somatic, parts-based practices that help the body learn what the mind already knows.

My presence is shaped by lived experience, training, integration, and discernment. I meet you as a woman who has journeyed through disruption and consciously chose the path to restoration. This is not just a singular event; it’s an ongoing practice.

Through the slow, sacred tending of story work and somatic restoration, I have learned to cultivate a relationship with The Divine that feels like a natural breath rather than a heavy burden. From this place, I walk alongside women ready to move from confusion to clarity, from fragmentation to coherence, and from performing to belonging to themselves.

Your decision to show up here matters. Choosing to prioritize yourself, perhaps for the first time in a long time, is a brave step. You are worthy of goodness, dignity, and a story told on your own terms. Story coaching holds space for exactly that, not to build someone new, but to return you to yourself, on the far side of what you've survived.

Exploring your story is about tending to the conditions that allow your truth to emerge, so your story becomes a place of grounding, meaning, healing, and liberation.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. I serve women virtually and globally. Whenever you're ready, I'm here for you.

Client Testimonial:

I have learned and been reminded of somatic grounding techniques to help during times of stress. This was my main goal going into these sessions, and I was given some different resources to practice and take outside in my daily life. Robrenna helped walk me through certain somatic exercises and encouraged me to build these into my routine! ~M.

Reclaiming HER Resilience Podcast

Every week, I hold space for those still managing survival, ready to find out what's underneath it, and what's possible beyond it.

You're invited to come as you are, whether there’s an unsettled feeling you can't quite name showing up in a relationship, at work, in your friendships, or in your faith. Sometimes it has a name- childhood wounds, coercive control, narcissistic abuse, or spiritual harm- and sometimes it doesn’t. It may just be a knowing in your body that something isn't right, even when everything looks fine on paper.

Whatever it is, your story, your questions, and your unfolding are all welcome here.
