Meet Your Guide: Robrenna Parker

My Personal Mission is to create safe, sacred spaces where women — especially those who’ve survived emotional, spiritual, and relational trauma — can name their truth, reclaim their voice, and embody resilience through compassionate story work, spiritual formation, and somatic healing.

From Breakdown to Breakthrough

Through story work, I began to see the patterns rooted in my family of origin—patterns of rupture, silence, and misplaced responsibility. That clarity helped me recognize that I was living in an abusive marriage, one marked by psychological, emotional, and financial harm. In facing those truths, even as my faith unraveled and I felt distant from God, I came to know the Divine in a new way: constant, present, and holding me all along. When I walked away from my 23-year marriage, I had no place to call home. For a season, I depended on the kindness of others, and slowly, step by step, I began to rebuild my life.

My own journey through abuse, loss, and rebuilding has deeply shaped the way I walk with others in their healing. Out of this story I pursed training in Levels I–III of Narrative Focused Trauma Care® Certified, through the Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I've also received training from The Embody Lab in Somatic Attachment Coaching, Somatic EMDR, and Somatic Parts Work. These experiences equip me to walk alongside women navigating trauma, toxic relationships, and life transitions. Together, we reclaim voice and your sense of self, heal attachment wounds, and step into clarity and freedom.

I’ve witnessed how God meets us in our pain to bring restoration and renewal. You were never meant to remain stuck in stories of harm, silence, or survival. Here, healing and identity restoration meet—through coaching, connection, and soul-centered practices—inviting you into hope, empowerment, and transformation. During a recent trip to Dakar, Senegal, I had the opportunity to serve alongside a team of trauma healing facilitators, working with a group on their healing journey.

I offer one-on-one and small group story work, both in-person and online, and host the Reclaiming HER Resilience podcast, sharing my own journey and insights on healing and growth. It would be an honor to walk with you on yours.

Hope

Story Work helps individuals see that healing is possible. By exploring stories with curiosity and compassion, they begin to believe in the hope of change and imagine a new story for their future.

Empower

Women gain clarity about unhealthy patterns rooted in past relationships. This awareness empowers them to make different, life-giving choices in the present.

Restore

When individuals recognize how past wounds shape present struggles they begin to reclaim their voice and sense of self, allowing them to live from a place of wholeness and restoration.

My Approach

My work is deeply rooted in both my lived experience and specialized training. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: your story matters.

I invite you to engage your story with curiosity, compassion, and care — because it is within your story that clarity, healing, and new possibilities can unfold. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I draw from several trauma-informed practices: I am Narrative-Focused Trauma Care Certified (Storywork), the modality I most deeply align with, because it honors the power of story to restore dignity, hope and wholeness. Alongside this, I bring training in Narcissistic Abuse, Somatic EMDR, Somatic Parts Work, and Somatic Attachment Coaching (The Embody Lab), which create space for memories held in the body and release what it has carried. For those who desire a faith-based lens, I also integrate spiritual practices into the healing journey.

These threads come together in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that helps women reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their voices, and step into freedom with courage and compassion.

The Story Behind the Logo

The hummingbird drawing nectar from the blooming aloe vera plant is a visual metaphor for the healing journey I guide women through.

The hummingbird is small but fierce. Agile and resilient, it can move in any direction—forward, backward, even hover in stillness. It reminds us that healing is not linear. Sometimes we need to pause. Sometimes we need to revisit the past to reclaim the parts of ourselves we left behind. But like the hummingbird, we are capable of navigating every direction with grace and strength.

The aloe vera plant is known for its ability to heal from the inside out. It mends itself even when cut, true healing begins from within. It thrives even in harsh conditions, symbolizing the quiet power of resilience and the body’s innate capacity to restore itself. The blooming flower represents the beauty that emerges when we step into our truth, reclaim our voice, and begin to live fully aligned with who we are called to be.

Together, the hummingbird and the blooming aloe tell a story of transformation—of drawing nourishment from the hard, the holy, and everything in between. It’s a reminder that even in the aftermath of harm, you can heal, grow, and bloom.
