Maybe you’ve been carrying a weight that feels invisible to others.
Maybe you’ve felt unseen, unheard, or like you’ve had to be strong for everyone else while losing pieces of yourself along the way. Or maybe you’re in a season of searching — for healing, for wholeness, for your own voice again.
Whatever brought you here, I believe it’s not by accident.
This is a space for you to breathe, reconnect with your story, and discover that resilience isn’t about just surviving — it’s about reclaiming who you are. That’s why I want to share what resilience means to me…Resilience is not about being unbreakable. It’s not about carrying more than anyone should. It’s not about wearing strength like armor until you forget what it feels like to rest. For too long, resilience has been used to measure endurance, especially for women like me.
It has been praised as survival while ignoring the cost of that survival. But that is not the resilience I claim.
For me, resilience is restoration. It’s the breath that brings me back to myself. It’s the story I choose to write instead of the one I inherited. It’s the permission to rest, to heal, to be held. Resilience is not about tolerating pain—it’s about reclaiming joy. Not about silencing our bodies—it’s about listening to them. Not about surviving—it’s about living fully, fiercely, and free.
This is the resilience I stand for. This is the resilience I invite you to reclaim with me.

I’m Robrenna Parker, founder of
Reclaiming HER Resilience, LLC .
I'm Narrative Focused Trauma Care® Certified
and a Somatic Attachment Coach.
My journey is a testament to resilience, woven from threads of hardship and hope. From the steady cadence of military life and the tender complexities of motherhood to the the seismic shift of divorce and the disorientation of starting over and rebuilding a life after abuse, I've navigated profound challenges. These experiences have shaped me, but they don't define me.
The wilderness of narcissistic, relational, and spiritual abuse has become my sacred ground. Now, I guide women as they reclaim their stories, led by grace, truth, and the hope of restoration. I cultivate sacred, restorative spaces—with deep attunement for those from marginalized communities and those carrying generational and relational trauma—so they can heal, find their voice, and rediscover their God-given identity.

"Robrenna was a very soothing presence. She had great insight on how to calm down my frazzled nervous system and help bring me back to a more calm state. I love the encouragement that came when we incorporated the Lord and His word into our sessions. I'm thankful He crossed our paths. I would highly recommend Robrenna." • MM | Lincoln

Narrative Focused Trauma Care® often called Story Work, is a healing methodology developed by Dr. Dan Allender. Alongside his partner Becky, Dan founded The Allender Center—a space dedicated to engaging stories of pain with curiosity and compassion, where people can bear witness free from shame and judgment.
Story Work is for anyone who is curious about how their past effects their current relationships. I work with women navigating or recovering from emotional, psychological, spiritual, or financial abuse, going through life transitions, or feeling lost or disconnected from themselves. It’s especially supportive for those wanting to heal relational wounds, reclaim their voice, and live more fully in their calling and identity.
Therapy often focuses on mental health diagnoses and symptom management. Story Work helps you understand and re-author your personal narrative, using compassionate listening, reflective questions, and somatic practices. It’s not a replacement for therapy, but it can be a powerful complement.
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and client-led. We explore key stories from your life, gently uncover themes and patterns, and use trauma-informed, somatic, and spiritual practices to help you move toward healing and resilience. Each session is paced according to your comfort and readiness.
My coaching draws from my faith as a follower of Jesus and spiritual formation training, but I work with women from diverse spiritual backgrounds. The focus is on your journey, values, and beliefs.
Yes. All my coaching sessions are available via secure video calls, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world.
That depends on your goals. Some clients see transformation in 8–12 sessions, while others choose to work together longer for deeper integration and growth. We’ll create a plan that works for your pace and needs.
I don’t accept insurance at this time. However, if your employer offers Wellness Spending Accounts (WSAs) or Employee Wellness Allowances, you may be able to use those benefits to cover coaching. I also offer sliding scale rates to make coaching more accessible. Please let me know if you’d like more details.
